Anthony J. White

Colonel Anthony White, USMC (retired) was born in Los Angeles, California.  After graduating from college in 1983 and was commissioned a Second Lieutenant, in the United States Marine Corps.  While serving in his final assignment, as the Assistant Chief of Staff for Intelligence (G2), 3d Marine Division, he served as the J2 (Forward) for JTF-505 Operation Pacific Passage as part of Operation Tomadachi (“Friendship”) during United States Armed Forces humanitarian assistance and disaster relief support following Japan’s earthquake, tsunami disaster and nuclear crisis in March of 2011.  He retired from active service in June 2013.

He has attended the National Intelligence University at DIA, where he received a Post-Graduate Intelligence Certificate in Strategic Intelligence in 1997, and his undergraduate degree is in Communication Arts from California Lutheran University.

His personal decorations include the Legion of Merit (with Gold Star in lieu of second award), Defense Meritorious Service Medal, the Meritorious Service Medal, and the Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal.

Colonel White is married to the former Ms. Michelle Villers, and they have two daughters, Sarah and Rachel. Colonel White now lives in the Texas Hill Country.
